What is Neuro Inclusion?

Neuro inclusion is the practice of creating environments where people with different ways of thinking, learning and processing information are able to participate fully and succeed. It recognises that individuals experience the world differently and that workplaces should be designed to support those differences rather than expect everyone to work in the same way.

Many organisations now understand the concept of neurodiversity, which recognises conditions such as dyslexia, ADHD, autism, dyspraxia and dyscalculia as natural variations in how the brain works.
